I made Reece Green Eggs and Ham Benedict for breakfast
on St. Patricks day. Although my hollandaise sauce never
thickened to the point that I wanted it to, the homemade green
biscuits, maple rosted ham, and perfectly over easy eggs were
amazing. We enjoyed eating the treat while reading our favorite
Dr. Seuss stories. I gave Reece that book the first christmas
we were dating. I would read him stories on the phone when he
had to drive home late at night after we had hung out so he wouldn't
fall asleep. So glad to be reading those stories with the same person
that gave me happy butterflies in my stomach before.
