I made this lavender arrangement for my mother in law for
her birthday, ever since we took her to the lavender fields for a
birthday picnic a few years ago she said she wanted
periwinkle birthdays from then on. We tried to get another visit to
the fields to happen but it didn't work out so I tried to bring the
lavender garden to her.
I love doing arrangements in the silver revere bowls from
my wedding.
I was really loving the full and low arrangement so I made one for

Later in the year I made an arrangement for my friend
Helen's birthday. We were having a "girls-night-in" celebration
so I arranged the flowers to look like a strawberry cocktail in
an oversized glass.
